When you step in, you’re creating a space where lives are changed, including your own. You get to use the unique gifts and abilities God has given you in a way that blesses others, builds community, and strengthens your faith. Every act of service contributes to something bigger than yourself. Serving is an invitation to step up and be part of something meaningful. It’s not about obligation—it’s about opportunity.

Serve Where You’re Needed
There are opportunities to serve every week in areas that make a real impact.
On weekends, you can join the Cafe Team to greet guests and keep things running smoothly, be part of the Connect Team to help others feel at home, support Creative & Media through photography, videography, and social media, or invest in the next generation through Pillar Students and Hero Kids. Other weekend options include serving on the Host Team, Music Team, Parking Team, Prayer Ministry, Production, Safety, or Welcome Team.
During the week, there are ways to serve in administration, care ministries, Life Groups, Marriage Ministry, outreach, and facilities support, as well as ongoing opportunities with Hero Kids and Young Adults. You can also step in for one-off events, such as baptisms, Christmas, Easter, and Hero Kids special events. No matter your gifts or schedule, there’s a place for you to serve and make a difference.

Do I need experience to serve?
No experience is necessary! We provide training and guidance for every role so you can step in with confidence.
How much time do I need to commit?
Commitment varies depending on the area you choose. Some roles are weekly, while others are monthly or one-off events. You’ll find options that fit your schedule.
Can I serve with my family or friends?
Absolutely! Many people serve together. Some teams even encourage families to serve side by side, especially in Hero Kids and events
How do I know which area is right for me?
We’ll help you discover your gifts and interests. Start by exploring the serving opportunities and find a spot where you’ll thrive.
What if I’m nervous about serving?
It’s normal to feel nervous. Our teams are supportive and welcoming, and we’ll make sure you have the training and encouragement you need.
Is serving only for adults?
No—many teams include opportunities for students and children (with supervision). There’s a role for almost every age and skill set.
